ASI Government Virtual Acquisition Office, a portfolio company of Denver-based Excellere Partners has been sold to Compusearch, a portfolio company of Boston-based ABRY Partners.

ASI Government Knowledge & Learning Products Division ASI KLP), known as Virtual Acquisition Office, a portfolio company of Excellere Partners has been sold to Compusearch, a portfolio company of ABRY Partners. Financial details have not been disclosed.
