Dan has over 25 years of experience innovating, leading and delivering business solutions to many private sector clients in multiple industries. Dan currently runs Iobyte Solutions, a company he founded in 2000 to provide solutions in corporate data strategy and management, pricing strategy, and retail analytics. Dan has also provided IT due diligence services to a number of private equity clients.
Dan’s previous roles include SVP Corporate Strategy and Publishing Operations at Hachette Book Group, where he helped drive multiple corporate acquisitions, SVP at HarperCollins, CTO at Universal Music Group and many years as a consultant to IBM Global Services and Citibank. Dan has become a recognized expert in pricing strategy and has spoken at and moderated panels on the subject at a number of Media industry events. Dan also co-founded Grassroots Unwired, a mobile sales platform company that specializes in door-to-door solutions to support campaign canvassing and field sales.
Dan has an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.S.E.E. from Tufts University.
