Gerry Mintz is a highly strategic business leader and advisor with extensive experience in the FinTech and B2B information and enterprise software businesses.

In 2010, he founded Percepta Partners, an Advisory firm focused on helping businesses develop and implement innovative product & market growth strategies. He has served as a Board member for both public and private firms and an Advisory Board member for several early-stage FinTech companies.

In his long career as an operating executive, he has successfully grown companies, both organically and via acquisition, on a global scale. He was CEO of PE-backed PerTrac Financial Solutions, a global provider of data and analytics for hedge funds and their investors. Before that, he held divisional President/CEO responsibilities at several large companies, including Thomson Financial and Reuters. Earlier, he was Chairman & CEO of FAME Information Services, a PE-backed software and services company.

Gerry earned both a PhD and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
