Randall is highly experienced as a healthcare entrepreneur and B2B media executive. In 2019, he launched a consumer-facing healthcare service, Iaso Health, which enables Americans without insurance or a primary care provider to easily access on-demand healthcare, such as urgent care clinics and telemedicine.
Previously, Randall spent 18 years running the leading media brands in the foodservice and retail industries, including Nation’s Restaurant News, Supermarket News, Chain Store Age, and Drug Store News. With experience at family-owned Lebhar-Friedman and at private equity-backed Penton Media, Randall built high-quality content and digital first brands. Randall has been involved in many acquisitions and divestitures over his career, notably as President & CEO of Lebhar-Friedman, where he oversaw its sale to a strategic buyer in 2018.
Having launched his own business and worked for family businesses, Randall is especially attuned to the issues facing entrepreneurs.
Randall is fluent in Japanese and worked five years in Japan for Duskin, Co. in new business development. He currently serves on the board of directors of a public company, TransAct (NASDAQ: TACT), and previously served on the board of a Japanese company from 2002 – 2016. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization and served as Education Chair for the Food & Beverage Network and the Retail Network.
Randall holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Fordham University.
