ODP client Advertising Week, the premier global event and thought-leadership platform focused on marketing, media, technology and culture, was sold to Emerald. The company’s award-winning global event franchise includes Advertising Week/New York (held in New York City), Advertising Week Europe (London), Advertising Week Asia (Tokyo), Advertising Week Latin America (Mexico City) and Advertising Week Asia Pacific (Sydney).ODP client Smart Energy Decisions was sold to Diversified Communications. Through its major annual events, including the NetZero Forum and the Renewable Energy Forum, Smart Energy Decisions supports the world’s largest consumers of electric power as they transition to renewables from fossil fuels. Smart Energy further supports its audience through ongoing webinars, publications and a vibrant online community.
ODP client Bonnier sold Seramount, one of the largest and most comprehensive providers of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) services, to EAB. Seramount partners with more than 450 of the world’s best-known brands, including half of the Fortune 100. A series of events, alongside its Diversity Best Practices membership and consulting services, form the core of Seramount’s unique offerings that set the standard for best practices.
